The Holland Patent Central School Music Department assumes the responsibility to:  offer as many opportunities for participation in music activities as is practical for as many students as time will permit; make every effort to assume that students with special music talent be given every opportunity to develop that talent; encourage all students to participate in music through a variety of activities in general music classes and participation in an organization if willing to put forth the needed effort.
