School Tax Collector

Residents can retrieve their school tax receipt by following these steps: 

  1. Go to taxlookup.net.
  2. Select Oneida County from the list of counties.
  3. Under School Districts, select Holland Patent.
  4. Enter any one of the search fields and select Search. 

If your tax bill does not reflect it’s been paid, please email Mrs. Dyanna Christopoulos-Gardinier at dgardinier@hpschools.org.

 

 

2026-27 School Tax Collection Information

Dear Community Members:

Tax Collection for the 2026-27 school year will take place at Arrow Bank located at 9576 Main Street in Holland Patent. Checks can be made payable to “Holland Patent School Tax Collector.” Taxes must be received inside, not thru the drive thru window.

Taxes may be mailed to the following address:

Holland Patent, NY 13354

Tax collection hours will be as follows:
September 1 – November 2
Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

There will be no collection on Saturdays, Sundays, or Legal Holidays.

Taxes paid after November 2, 2026: Checks need to be made payable to “Commissioner of Finance” and can be dropped off at the Oneida County Office Building or mailed to the following address:
