Do you practice the RIGHT way or the EASY way?

If it is EASY, you're probably doing it wrong.

Practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanent.

Stop being a Tomato and Catch up.

If it doesn't feel different, you haven't changed anything.

Don't get anything for practice.  Don't win anything without it.
