Connected Community Schools work to bring the community, local agencies, services, organizations, businesses, places of worship, individuals, teachers, administrators, union members, leaders, and investors together to support students. We all have the same mission in mind: to help students become successful, productive and engaged, healthy citizens. 

We are here to assist you with any struggles, worries or needs that may arise. If you are in need of help (whether it's tangible items, assistance with housing, mental health, primary care or anything else), please contact one of us!

As a valued member of our Connected Community Schools, you're never alone in navigating support for students and families. This referral link helps bridge communication between our school, families and the wider community. Once you submit the referral form, a site coordinator will reach out to connect you with the resources or assistance you're seeking.
