Fifth Grade Moving Up Ceremony

Fifth grade students at Holland Patent Elementary celebrated the end of their elementary years and their upcoming move to Holland Patent Middle School with a Fifth Grade Moving Up Ceremony on June 24.

The ceremony was an opportunity for students to reflect on the years of hard work and fun times that got them to where they are now, celebrating a big milestone in their educational journeys. During the ceremony, students talked about their memorable moments from elementary school, sang “The Future’s Calling Us” and “Tomorrow’s Our Day,” and a photo slideshow was shown. The fifth grade students were each recognized individually as they walked across the stage to receive their completion certificates.
