Holland Patent Musicians Recognized at Spring Band Concert

With brass ringing and tunes in full bloom, Holland Patent Central School District presented its annual Spring Band Concert on May 14. The program featured performances by Grades 4-6 Concert Band, Middle School Symphonic Band, and Middle School Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Mrs. Beth Roberts along with the High School Wind Ensemble under the direction of Mrs. Kristin Hahn.

The concert not only showcased the skill and dedication of student musicians but also highlighted several outstanding individual achievements:

Music Achievement Award — Rennady Russell-Burger and Gavin Streator were honored with the Music Achievement Award for eighth graders in band, recognizing their growth, commitment and musicianship throughout the year. 

Senior Recognition — Senior Joseph McChesney was also recognized for his years of contribution to the band program.   

The evening brought families, friends and community members together to celebrate the arts and applaud the hard work of Holland Patent’s musicians. Their performances reflected not only technical skill but also the passion and teamwork that define the district’s music program.
