Jake Olearczyk Contributes to Section III Boys Golf State Championship Victory

Congratulations to senior golfer Jake Olearczyk on his outstanding performance at the New York State Boys Golf Championship, held last weekend at Mill Creek Golf Club. Jake placed an impressive 18th out of 99 talented golfers from across the state.

Even more significantly, Jake's strong play, along with the contributions of eight other golfers from Section III, helped secure the team state championship for Section III. Their combined score of +38 marked a historic achievement, as this is Section III's first team championship in boys golf since 2013.

Jake's dedication and skill have been a source of immense pride for Holland Patent throughout his high school career, culminating in this incredible state-level success. His individual performance and his role in the Section III team victory highlight the caliber of golf talent nurtured within our district and the wider section.
