Holland Patent Varsity Football is honored and humbled to host a deeply meaningful event — the 2026 Military and First Responder Appreciation Night. Join us at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 11 as we come together to pay a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who serve and protect our nation every day.

This is more than just a game; it’s a powerful moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by our military and first responders — those who stand courageously on the front lines, defending our freedom and safety. As we mark the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, we invite all military personnel and first responders to unite with us in a show of gratitude, remembrance, and unwavering respect. We are proud to offer FREE ADMISSION to our heroes — our way of saying THANK YOU for your service, your sacrifice, and your unwavering dedication.

If you wish to be part of the ceremony, please arrive at the high school parking lot by 6:25 p.m. The procession begins with our team entering the field at 6:40p.m., followed by the color guard, our honored military and first responders, and culminates in the singing of the National Anthem — a stirring tribute to the spirit of patriotism and resilience that binds us all.
