Emily Carlson, a senior, won 5 gold keys and one honorable mention in the Central New York Scholastic Art Awards.

Over 4,000 works of art were submitted from all over the state. It is the nation's largest Scholastic show!

Her work titled (6'oclock on a Sunday Night) went on to win the (American Visions Nominee Award) and (Best Senior High for Painting Award). These were presented to her on January 17th.

This painting in the photos is one of about 10 that will go onto Nationals.
