Students Shine at Daughters of the American Revolution Dinner

Holland Patent Central School District is thrilled to celebrate the remarkable achievements of several talented students who were honored at the recent Holland Patent Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Dinner. Their hard work, dedication, and insightful contributions have brought great pride to our school community.

Among those recognized were three outstanding Holland Patent High School seniors:

  • Lilian Boris, who demonstrated exceptional writing skills and historical understanding to win the American Revolution Essay Contest.
  • Gabriella Diana, whose academic excellence and commitment to service earned her the prestigious Holland Patent DAR chapter Scholarship.
  • Juliana DelPico, who was celebrated for embodying the qualities of a good citizen and received the esteemed DAR Good Citizen Award.
  • In addition to these accomplished seniors, we extend a special congratulations to one of our bright sixth-grade students, Lily Toussaint. Lily's exceptional research and writing abilities shone through as she not only placed first in the local DAR History Essay Contest but also achieved the remarkable feat of winning first place at the New York State level!

The Holland Patent Central School District congratulates Lilian, Gabriella, Juliana, and Lily on their well-deserved recognition. Their accomplishments serve as a testament to their individual talents and the supportive learning environment fostered within our schools. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to their continued success.
