The Holland Patent FFA chapter celebrated significant achievements at the 100th New York State FFA Convention, showcasing the talent and dedication of our students.
Highlighting the convention was the Quiz Ball team's first-place victory, with members Claire Favata, Reese Finn, Addy Snider and Maddy Snider demonstrating exceptional knowledge and teamwork.
Several other students and teams also earned top honors:
- 1st Place & National Qualifier - Diversified Agriculture Production Proficiency: Aaron Finn
- 2nd Place - Agriscience Fair: Izzy Schuler
- 2nd Place - Junior Creed Speaking: Reese Finn
- 3rd Place - Agriculture Education Proficiency: Addy Snider
- 3rd Place - Agriculture Issues Team: Connor Earl, Aaron Finn, Reese Finn, Aiden Kraeger, Miranda Millick, Colton Minnig and Reilly O’Brien
- 3rd Place - Secretaries Book Competition: Addy Snider
- 4th Place - Marketing Plan Team: Bella Bulson, Delanie Howard and Griffin Pritchard
The Holland Patent FFA chapter was also recognized as a Top Chapter of the Year. Additionally, Carly Dawes, Lauren Favata and Delanie Howard participated in the State FFA Chorus; and seven students, Claire Favata, Aaron Finn, Trace Finn, Camrynn Howard, Aiden Kraeger, Addy Snider and Maddy Snider, earned their Empire Degrees.
