Bands Deliver Enchanting Spring Concert

The Holland Patent High School Auditorium resonated with melodious sounds on May 15, as the Holland Patent Band Program presented its annual Spring Concert to the community. Under the skilled direction of Mr. Richard China and Ms. Kristin Kelly, band students treated the audience to an evening of exceptional musical performances.

The concert showcased the impressive talents of various ensembles, beginning with the HPE Band, followed by performances from the Concert Band, Middle School Jazz Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. Each group delivered enthusiastic performances that drew applause and cheers from the crowd.

A special moment during the evening was dedicated to celebrating the achievements of graduating Band seniors: Stephanie Clemens, Isabella Hobin, Aaron Lopez and Alaric Lynn. Their dedication and contributions to the band program over the years were recognized with well-deserved appreciation. Additionally, talented eighth graders Payton Jones and Julia Perretta were honored for their significant accomplishments within the program as they transition to the high school level.

The success of the Spring Band Concert was a collaborative effort. The Holland Patent Central School District extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Richard China, Ms. Kristin Kelly and all the dedicated student musicians. We also thank our Board of Education, administration, staff, Art Department and the high school custodial team for their invaluable support in making this wonderful musical event possible.
