Classroom Rules for Health Education
1. BE ON TIME
Students are expected to be to class on time. All homework assignments are expected to be on time. Late work will lose points. Anything more than two weeks late will be a zero. Students are responsible to get homework from any absences. Students out for a period of time will be able to get extensions on their work.
2. BE PREPARED
Please come to class everyday with a pen or pencil and your Health folder.
3. BE RESPECTFUL
Be considerate and polite towards your classmates, your teacher, and yourself.
4. BE A GOOD LISTENER
This is a conversational class. Everyone will be given an opportunity to discuss their ideas, but only one person can speak at a time. Part of good communication skills is being a good listener.
Grades will be based on tests, projects, quizzes, in class/homework assignments, and class participation.
